Acceptance test report: Field test of mixer pump for 241-AN-107 caustic addition project

Description: The field acceptance test of a 75 HP mixer pump (Hazleton serial number N-20801) installed in Tank 241-AN-107 was conducted from October 1995 thru February 1996. Diamond radiation detectors I. Detector properties for IIa diamond

Description: The detector properties and carrier dynamics of type IIa diamonds are reasonably well understood. The trends in the electron and hole mobilities have been characterized as a function of temperature, impurity content, electric field and carrier density.
