Description
Recording of Theodoros Lotis' Arioso dolente/Beethoven op. 110. This work is based on Beethoven's Piano Sonata op. 110, more specifically the third movement "Adagio ma non troppo". The composer was more interested in the spiritual aspects of this sonata and tried to enhance this aspect in his composition. This work was commissioned by Amici della Musica di Gagliari for the festival "Beethoven 2002" in Italy.
