Description from donor: "This historical marker is located at the Old City Park in Hillsboro, Texas. The location was originally known as Abbott's Grove after local Congressman Jo Abbott and was the site of community gatherings, political rallies, and reunions for groups like the Old Settlers and Confederate Veterans Association. The photograph was taken on April 25, 2021 by Russell Keelin."
