Large poster from the Denton Women’s Interracial Fellowship, of photographs of Denton housing. The Denton Women’s Interracial Fellowship, was a group of white and black Denton women who came together in 1964 to ask questions about how to work together across different races and to take on projects related to infrastructure and housing.
The Special Collections Department collects and preserves rare and unique materials including rare books, oral histories, university archives, historical manuscripts, maps, microfilm, photographs, art and artifacts. The department is located in UNT's Willis Library in the fourth floor Reading Room.
