Description: Letter from Richard E. Norton at the U.S. Department of Justice to the co-chairs of the Sixth International Conference on AIDS, Paul Volberding and John Ziegler, in response to their previous correspondence. The letter addresses the inability of Henry Wilson and Knud Josephsen to enter the United States for the conference and explains that their medical status (as HIV-infected individuals) was not a factor in denying them admission.
