Most of the men are standing on the edges of the ditch, but one man is standing in the ditch and another is standing on top of the pipe. The right edge of the ditch has a mound of dirt on it that was excavated from the ditch. The pipeline has dirt on top o it and there is space between the pipe and the walls of the ditch. In the background of the image, trees are visible and the sky is cloudy.
