Training facility for criticality safety

Description: The Lawrence Livermore Laboratory has established a training facility for hands-on instruction in various aspects of fissile material control. Description: Shallow land burial in Bear Creek Burial Ground (BCBG) of depleted uranium and uranium alloy chips was discontinued. These materials are now being processed at the Uranium Chip Oxidation Facility (UCOF).
