Nuclear safety experience -- Hanford production reactors

Description: Reactor operations at Hanford are to be conducted in the future under a new contract clause on nuclear health and safety, which sets up a form of AEC control somewhat akin to the licensing and regulatory function of the Commission with respect to commercial nuclear plants.
