School-Based Sedentary Behavior, Physical Activity, and Health-Related Outcomes among Hispanic Children in the United States: A Cross-Sectional Study

Description: The article highlights a study meant to examine the relationships between school-based sedentary behavior, physical activity, and health-related outcomes, including cardiorespiratory fitness, weight status, and health-related quality of life (HRQOL) among Hispanic children. Sedentary behavior was negatively correlated with cardiorespiratory fitness and HRQOL but positively associated with weight status. Description: Interview with Dr. Shoshana Bennett, survivor of postpartum depression and anxiety, as well as a clinical psychologist focused on maternal mental health and maternal-infant attachment. She discusses her career as a clinical psychologist, personal experience with postpartum depression and anxiety, founding the support/advocacy group Postpartum Assistance for Mothers in 1987, and becoming a leader in the development of postpartum depression-specific therapy.
