Description: This report describes the electrochemical corrosion scans and conditions for testing of SY-102 supernatant samples taken December 2004. The testing was performed because the tank was under a Justification for Continued Operation allowing the supernatant composition to be outside the chemistry limits of Administrative Control 5.16, 'Corrosion Mitigation program'. Measurement of the Hadronic Form factor in D0 to K- e+ nu_e Decays

Description: The shape of the hadronic form factor f{sub +} (q{sup 2}) in the decay D{sup 0} {yields} K{sup -} e{sup +}{nu}{sub e} has been measured in a model independent analysis and compared with theoretical calculations. They use 75 fb{sup -1} of data recorded by the BABAR detector at the PEPII electron-positron collider. Molecular Desorption of Baked Stainless Steel From Irradiation With 9 Gev/Nucleon au79+, 10 Gev/Nucleon cu29+, and 23gev P+ Under Perpendicular Impact.

Description: We report on molecular desorption of baked stainless steel from irradiation with high energy ions under perpendicular impact. Ion induced molecular desorption has affected the performance of a number of ion accelerators, in which the beam loss typically occurs under small angles. Structure Loaded Vacuum Laser-Driven Particle Acceleration Experiments at SLAC

Description: We present an overview of the future laser-driven particle acceleration experiments. These will be carried out at the E163 facility at SLAC. Our objectives include a reconfirmation of the proof-of-principle experiment, a staged buncher laser-accelerator experiment, and longer-term future experiments that employ dielectric laser-accelerator microstructures.
