HCPB is the acronym of an organic hydrogen getter compound used in weapon systems. When this material scavenges hydrogen by reacting with it, a number of compounds are formed, each of which is more volatile than HCPB. It is desirable to know the vapor pressure of these products in order to assess their migration potential within the weapon.
