Abstract: "Following nitrate removal by means of a three-stage hydrochloric acid digestion, uranium was reduced with chromous sulfate reagent. In an inert atmosphere, the quadrivalent uranium was titrated at 80-95[degrees] with standard ferric sulfate solution.
