Delayed neutron data: review and evaluation

Description: BS>The status of delayed neutron measurements is reviewed. Emphasis is placed on the absolute yield va the energy of the neutrons cauging fission, group yields and periods, and in the delayed neutron spectra. Systematics are discussed; and an evaluated data set, based both on available measurements and on systematics arguments, is suggested for inclusion in ENDF/B-IV. Inevitability of gravitational collapse

Description: It is proven that a sufficient accumulation of cold, uncharged, nonrotating matter cannot be stable against gravitational collapse. The highlights of the proof are: (1) fewer assumptions are made than previous arguments for collapse, in particular, the plausible, but unproved, causality'' assumption.
