Atmospheric Deposition and Biogeochemistry of Mercury and other Trace Contaminants in Aquatic Ecosystems, Final Project Report Part II: Mercury Studies 2002-2004

Description: This report summarizes the mercury studies, and has two main objectives. First to summarize the findings of biogeochemical investigations in the Devils Lake watershed during 2002, 2003, and 2004 and compare them to findings for other lakes. The second objective is to compile and tabulate the large amount of mercury data that are collected so that they will be usefule to the Tribe in future studies.

Demonstration of the Whole-Building Diagnostician for the Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse at Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and for the University of Wisconsin at Madison

Description: In an effort to expand the energy savings programs within the State, the Wisconsin Division of Energy obtained funding through the Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP), with additional funding assistance through the Rebuild America Program (RBA) to install the Whole Building Diagnostician (WBD) software program as a test bed project in two of the State’s facilities in Wisconsin. This report discusses the results of this effort.

Disaster Tax Relief for the Midwest

Description: The Midwestern Disaster Tax Relief Act of 2008 is intended to assist with the recovery from the severe weather that affected the Midwest during the summer of 2008. The Jobs, Energy, Families, and Disaster Relief Act of 2008 includes some similar provisions, but these are not limited to the Midwest disaster.
