Description: From Introduction: "The Augusta Quadrangle, Georgia, and South Carolina, was evaluated to identify geologic environments and delineate areas that exhibit characteristics favorable for the occurrence of uranium deposits. Geologic environments were evaluated and subsequently categorized as favorable or unfavorable on the basis of surface investigation and subsurface data."
