Description: The Filter Attenuation Measurement System was designed by J.H. McCrary. It is, as its name implies, primarily intended to measure the attenuation of an x-ray beam by various substances. Radioactive effluent control program: Douglas United Nuclear operated AEC facilities

Description: This report is addressed to the radioactive effluent control program of (AEC) facilities operated by Douglas United Nuclear, Inc. It was prepared in response to an inquiry from Atomic Energy Commision AEC Division of Operational Safety via AEC-RL regarding quantities of radionuclides released. The current status, measurement, and activity of the program are described. In addition, other related efforts which have been deferred due to lack of funding are highlighted.

B Plant Ion Exchange Feed Line Leak

Dimensional Stability of Heavy Walled Incoloy 800 Cladding Tubes, Data

Description: The effects of SCB coating, thermal shock and hermal scak on the dimensional stability of four heavy walled Incolcy 800 cladding tubes, ranging in thickness from 20 to 44 mils, was investigated. The results of the study were summarized in TI-759-240-029. This report serves as a repository for the detailed data and profilometer traces used in the preparation of that summary.
