Neutron Energy Spectrum of a Po-Be (alpha,n) Source

Description: The newtron energy spectrum of a Po-Be (alpha, n) source was measured as part of an intercomparison of newtron energy spectral measurements sponsored by Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Intensity maxima for neutron energies > 1 MeV were seen at or near 1.4, 2.1, 3.1, 5.0, 6.7, 7.7 and 9.7 MeV.

PHOTORESIST CHARACTERIZATION METHOD FOR HYBRID MICROCIRCUrTS

Description: Untrimmed hybrid microcircuit networks require dimensional dontrol to maintain critical electrical parameters within the required tolert.- ances. Dimensional integrity can be maintained by parameter manipulation and control. Five processing parameters affect the dimensional stability of the pattern: the prebake time-temperature product, exposure energy, developing time and concentration, resist thickness uniformity, and etchant undercutting. By adjusting the relative dominance of those paramete… more

Design criteria: data acquisition system for waste tank liquid level gauges and SX Tank Farm thermocouples

Description: This design criteria revision (revision 2) will cancel revision 1 and will provide complete functional supervision of the liquid level gauges. A new.counter and an electronic supervisory circuit will be installed in each waste tank liquid level gauge. The electronic supervisory circuit will monitor (via the new counter and a signal from the gauge electronics) cycling of the gauge on a one minute time cycle. This supervisory circuit will fulfill the intent of revision 1 (monitor AC power to the … more
