Progress on a program to develop commercially viable phosphoric acid fuel cell driven on-site integration energy systems is presented. A mass and energy balance was completed for one operating point of a selected power generation sub-system with a power output of 119 kW. Potentially, 87% of the LHV of the input fuel is available as bus bar electricity or useful heat.
