Description: Undoubtedly, Dostoyevsky's influence upon the novel is great, but, even yet, few concrete studies have been made and no full-length study has been published. The Runge-Kutta Method

Description: This paper investigates the Runge-Kutta method of numerically integrating ordinary differential equations. An existence theorem is given insuring a solution to the differential equation, then the theorem is modified to yield an analytic solution. The derivation of the method itself is followed by an analysis of the inherent error.

Description: The five Preludes, Op. 15 were composed in the year 1897 while Scriabin was occupied in concert tours with his friend and publisher, Beliaef. This year brought no less than forty-seven short preludes written at various times and collected in five sets: Opp. 11, 13, 15, 16, and 17. These preludes, though clever and original in melody, show the great influence of Chopin on Scriabin.
