Goal Identification and Systematic Instruction in Private Voice Lessons

Description: The problem of this study was to measure the effect upon the tone quality of singers resulting from identifying a specific goal, modeling with a cassette tape of the student's own voice, prescribing practice, and giving verbal approval. The Formulation of a Theoretical Construct and the Development of an Instrument for the Evaluation of Curricula in Nursing

Description: The problem of this investigation was the development of a systematic method for the evaluation of curricula in baccalaureate nursing programs. The literature in nursing and general education was used to extrapolate theories and concepts for the formulation of a theoretical construct.
