Presented are the results of a search for direct CP violation in Cabibbo-suppressed decays of D{sup 0} to two charged daughters. The analysis described was performed on {approx}230 fb{sup -1} of the BABAR data sample, recorded at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center and using the PEP-II electron storage rings.
