Description: This report examines policies aimed at promoting integration, combating terrorism, and countering violent extremism in five European countries with significant Muslim populations: France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and the United Kingdom. The report also evaluates the role of the 27-member European Union (EU) in shaping European laws and policies related to integration and counter-radicalization.

Besides quantitative information on R and D and energy R and D, the report gives an impression of changes in science and technology policy, energy policy and changes in energy research priorities (both organizational and financial). Testing and the Process of Change

Description: Photocopy of an article, discussing the National Assessment project designed to evaluate the effectiveness of the educational system through an assessment of success. Students were tested on how they responded to art, if they valued art as a medium, how skillfully they produced art and how much history they know. By collecting the date it was possible to make claims about the status of art teaching.
