Calculation of dose rates during replacement of the 3CL seal tube in the FFTF IEM cell

Description: In September 1996, the seal tube at the 3CL window of the Interim Examination and Maintenance (IEM) Cell at the Fast Flux Test Facility (FFTF) failed.
