Air Piece

Description: Recording of John Heineman's Air Piece. Air Piece is a theatrical piece made on magnetic tape. Essentially made up of aircraft sounds recorded at the airport, on the airstrip and inside the terminal itself, the various sound elements are only edited and mixed together as in cinematographic technique. The piece was created at the Electronic Laboratory of the Conservatory of Pesaro.

Description: Photograph of a small boat docked at a pier. It has beach chairs on the roof and a person is sitting on the edge of the back side of the boat. The pier has multiple people in the back and two people sitting on the edge in front of the boat.

[Brick road with cars and buildings]

Description: Photograph of a wide street with cars driving along it and parked on the side. The road is made entirely out of bricks and there is a variety of buildings with many windows going along the street and some have business on the bottom floor. To the left there are three flags, the middle one being the highest, that have a sign attached to the poles.

[Bustling street with shops and people crossing]

Description: Photograph of a busy street with multiple people crossing from the other side and a variety of businesses and shops along it and cars parked in front. Both the road and the sidewalk are made of different types of brick. There are a multitude of businesses across the street, with the most notable one being a Chinese restaurant with a red facade and a portico resembling traditional East Asian architecture.
