"The Smoking Gun": Evidence that Vladimir Ussachevsky used Chinese Timbres as the Basis for his Electronic Music

This paper includes details about Vladimir Ussachevsky, a pioneer in the proliferation of electronic music. The author attempts to prove that Ussachevsky used Chinese Timbres as the basis for his electronic music.
